Pot washer • Malumfashi, Katsina State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a pot washer in Malumfashi, Katsina State. Day to day you will scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass. Requirements: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Part-time with flexible hours.
