You will load and unload the deck oven with a peel; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer. You should have: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
