Immediate opening: we are hiring a steam press operator in Rappahannock County, Virginia. The role involves: • Spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts • Meet the daily piece target without damaging garments • Operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments • Set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics Requirements: • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets 2+ years on the tools preferred.
