Now hiring: we are hiring a short order cook in Saint Mary's County, Maryland. You will work at a roadside dhaba. The role involves: • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO Ideal candidate: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Rotating shifts.
