Shuttering and concrete hand — Thomas County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a shuttering and concrete hand in Thomas County, Nebraska. The job is on a road and bridge project. Day to day you will discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms; strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength; set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins; cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing; float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish; load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors. Requirements: • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers • Willing to wear safety boots, helmet and full PPE • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage Six days a week, one day off.
