Urgent requirement: we are hiring a short order cook in Jefferson Davis Parish, Louisiana. You will work at a cloud kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat You should have: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Part-time with flexible hours.
