Sample machinist wanted in Lagos Mainland Local Government Area

We are recruiting: we are hiring a sample machinist in Lagos Mainland Local Government Area, Lagos State. You will work in a sampling and tailoring workshop. You should have: • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown Day-to-day duties: • Thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality • Clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift • Press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges • Change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation • Attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet 2+ years on the tools preferred.
