Join our team: we are hiring a cement mason in Noble County, Indiana. You will work on a high-rise slab pour. You should have: • 2+ years on RCC and concreting works • Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolds • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods Your main tasks: • Give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified • Strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength • Compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing • Mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer • Cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing • Cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days Part-time with flexible hours.
