You should have: • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish • Comfortable working with dust, noise and spray fumes • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement On a typical shift you will feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting; straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains; shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line.
