We are recruiting: scullery hand (Texas)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a scullery hand in Orange County, Texas. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. Your main tasks: • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature Requirements: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
