Oven operator — Mississippi County

Join our team: we are hiring an oven operator in Mississippi County, Arkansas. The job is at a café with an on-site bakery. Day to day you will knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight. Requirements: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen 6+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
