Health and safety supervisor wanted in Cowlitz County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a health and safety supervisor in Cowlitz County, Washington. You will work in a warehouse and logistics yard. Day to day you will run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points; inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height; enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment; audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges; run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry; carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift. You should have: • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot 4+ years on the tools preferred.
