You should have: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure On a typical shift you will check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; prepare the mise en place before each service.
