Canteen cook • Lawrence County, Tennessee

Immediate opening: we are hiring a canteen cook in Lawrence County, Tennessee. You will work in a hotel kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards You will monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; prepare the mise en place before each service; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs.
