Requirements: • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently The role involves meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality; press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges; match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching; trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go; attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
