Oven operator — Montmorency County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an oven operator in Montmorency County, Michigan. You will be based in a hotel pastry kitchen. The role involves: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens We offer $4,700 per month plus benefits.
