Vacancy available: we are hiring a counter butcher in Clark County, Wisconsin. The job is in a supermarket meat department. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day On a typical shift you will dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. We offer $3,500 per month plus benefits. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Part-time with flexible hours.
