Immediate opening: we are hiring a safety officer in Birnin Magaji-Kiyaw, Zamfara State. What we are looking for: • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot Day-to-day duties: • Stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action • Verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates • Investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports • Check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements 4+ years on the tools preferred.
