The role involves debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts. Requirements: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
