Head butcher — Columbia County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a head butcher in Columbia County, Florida. Day to day you will mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; season and marinate meat on request. Requirements: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day 6+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $2,500 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
