MIG welder wanted in Etowah County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a MIG welder in Etowah County, Alabama. On a typical shift you will bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding; set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness; control distortion with a balanced welding sequence; set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator; weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions. Requirements: • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
