Now hiring: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Somerset, England. You will be based in a supermarket meat department. What we are looking for: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate The role involves keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders.
