Gtaw welder wanted in Cherokee County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a gtaw welder in Cherokee County, Oklahoma. You will be based at a precision engineering workshop. Your main tasks: • Set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal • Read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters • Back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring) • Prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run What we are looking for: • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) $4,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
