Urgent requirement: we are hiring a baker in Pointe Coupee Parish, Louisiana. What we are looking for: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen The role involves boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough.
