QC technician wanted in Gaston County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a QC technician in Gaston County, North Carolina. The job is on a garment production line. Requirements: • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection Day-to-day duties: • Draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans • Compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings • Check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation • Operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools • Calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
