Elevator service technician wanted in Uzo-Uwani

Vacancy available: we are hiring an elevator service technician in Uzo-Uwani, Enugu State. You will be based on a high-rise construction site. On a typical shift you will measure rope tension and check for broken strands; install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway; wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches; respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers; run load and overload tests with test weights; top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts. Ideal candidate: • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring 1+ years on the tools preferred.
