Refrigeration installation technician wanted in Dallas County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a refrigeration installation technician in Dallas County, Iowa. You will be based at a supermarket cold-chain site. Requirements: • ITI or diploma in refrigeration / RAC trade • Own a set of hand tools and a gauge manifold Day-to-day duties: • Charge systems with refrigerant (R134a, R410a, R404a) to the correct weight • Fault-find control boards and defrost timers • Replace compressors, filter driers and expansion valves • Wire up thermostats, contactors and overload relays • Braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch • Measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter Part-time with flexible hours.
