Requirements: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts Your main tasks: • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
