Maintenance painter • Pittsylvania County, Virginia

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a maintenance painter in Pittsylvania County, Virginia. Day to day you will work safely from ladders, scaffolding and mobile towers; clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job; mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting; prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer; fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps. Ideal candidate: • Skilled with brush, roller and spray application • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers • Reliable, punctual and tidy on site We offer $3,300 per month plus benefits.
