Furnace operator wanted in Reeves County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a furnace operator in Reeves County, Texas. You will work at a busy iron foundry. Day-to-day duties: • Melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces • Maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings • Carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand • Operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant Ideal candidate: • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding Full-time with occasional weekends.
