Pastry baker wanted in Laurens County

You should have: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens You will boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards.
