On a typical shift you will measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line; shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer; mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting; treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection; check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray. What we are looking for: • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling Full-time with occasional weekends.
