What we are looking for: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers The role involves season and marinate meat on request; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings.
