Wet plasterer — Redcar and Cleveland

Now hiring: we are hiring a wet plasterer in Redcar and Cleveland, England. Day-to-day duties: • Clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets • Float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge • Set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work • Skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration • Tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler Ideal candidate: • Able to read drawings and set out work to a deadline • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish • Willing to work on both new build and refurbishment sites Rotating shifts.
