Paint booth operator wanted in Antelope County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Antelope County, Nebraska. You will be based on an industrial coating line. The role involves pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun. What we are looking for: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
