Tandoor cook wanted in Orleans County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Orleans County, Vermont. You will work in a catering banquet kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in Requirements: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Part-time with flexible hours.
