Bread baker wanted in Northumberland County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread baker in Northumberland County, Virginia. You will work at a café with an on-site bakery. The role involves: • Score the top of loaves before baking • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Pay around $4,200 per month, based on your experience.
