Great opportunity: we are hiring a MIG welder in Candler County, Georgia. You will be based on a structural steel site. Requirements: • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings On a typical shift you will weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions; load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls; control distortion with a balanced welding sequence; read fabrication drawings and weld symbols; tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing. At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. We offer $4,400 per month plus benefits. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
