Vacancy available: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Isiala-Ngwa South, Abia State. You will work at a halal meat counter. Requirements: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • 2+ years experience working as a butcher You will sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Pay around ₦210,000 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
