What we are looking for: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Day-to-day duties: • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Season and marinate meat on request • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
