Production line operator — Medway

Join our team: we are hiring a production line operator in Medway, England. You will carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station; monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift; report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter; change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers; measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges; record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet. Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years' experience operating production machinery • Good attention to detail and steady hands 6+ years on the tools preferred. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
