Plasterer's mate • Bradley County, Tennessee

We are recruiting: we are hiring a plasterer's mate in Bradley County, Tennessee. You will be based in an occupied house during renovation. You should have: • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish • Able to read drawings and set out work to a deadline Day-to-day duties: • Tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler • Apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls • Apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat • Apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork • Float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge Six days a week, one day off.
