Glazing fabricator — Louisa County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a glazing fabricator in Louisa County, Iowa. You will work at a doors and windows manufacturing unit. Your main tasks: • Apply silicone sealant and weather seals around the frames • Load and offload fabricated units without scratching the finish • Assemble window and door frames from extruded sections • Install glass panels and secure them with glazing beads • De-burr, clean and protect anodised or powder-coated surfaces • Check frames for plumb, level and square before fixing Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of standard sliding, casement and openable sections • Skilled on cutting, crimping and punching machines Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
