Tandoor cook wanted in Hillsborough County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Hillsborough County, Florida. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. You will knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; prepare the mise en place before each service. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards $3,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
