Glass fitter wanted in Monroe County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a glass fitter in Monroe County, Tennessee. The job is on a high-rise facade project. On the job you will handle: • Cut glass to size using a glass cutter and running pliers • Handle large panes using suction cups and a lifting frame • Apply putty, silicone and glazing tape to bed the glass • Fit panes into timber, aluminium and uPVC frames • Secure glass with glazing beads, clips and points Requirements: • Able to cut glass accurately to size • Aware of safe glass handling and PPE such as cut-resistant gloves Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around $4,100 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
