Stainless steel welder — Ikwerre

We are recruiting: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Ikwerre, Rivers State. Your main tasks: • Grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper • Weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions • Back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring) • Set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal • Prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run • Feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle Requirements: • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height • Own basic hand tools and PPE A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
