Courier driver • Brass, Bayelsa State

Vacancy available: we are hiring a courier driver in Brass, Bayelsa State. You will work with a transport contractor. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to load and unload goods by hand • Polite and presentable for customer-facing deliveries • Good knowledge of city roads, routes and shortcuts Day to day you will load and unload parcels and secure the load with straps and ropes; maintain the vehicle logbook and record opening and closing mileage; arrange routine servicing and renew insurance and PUC documents; carry out daily pre-trip checks on tyres, engine oil, coolant, brakes and lights; keep fuel receipts and update the daily trip sheet; report accidents, breakdowns and vehicle damage to the supervisor. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
