Join our team: we are hiring a baker in Richland County, Ohio. You will be based at a café with an on-site bakery. Requirements: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Basic cake decorating and piping skills On a typical shift you will rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. We offer $2,700 per month plus benefits.
