Pot washer wanted in Putnam County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a pot washer in Putnam County, Missouri. Day to day you will wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard. Requirements: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts.
