Gas commissioning technician • San Saba County, Texas

Join our team: we are hiring a gas commissioning technician in San Saba County, Texas. You will purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate; connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply; carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply; complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation; install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation; thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration • Able to read isometric and site drawings Full-time, day shift.
